A Viagem (9): Ópera Garnier (The Trip)

Olá!

Aqui estou com mais uma postagem de quintas-feiras sobre a viagem que fiz no ano passado, e ainda estamos em Paris!

Na foto acima a "Velha Senhora" como é carinhosamente chamada pelos parisienses, e nesta foto de baixo parte da Boulevard des Italiens cheia de restaurantes e pâtisseries famosas, bem ao lado da Ópera  Garnier.

Here I am with another  Thursday post of the trip I took last year, and we are still in Paris!



In the picture above is the "Old Lady" as it is affectionately called by the Parisians, and on this photo below we see a part of the  Boulevard des Italiens, full of famous restaurants and pâtisseries, right next to the Opera Garnier.

A Ópera Garnier ou Palais Garnier cuja construção é considerada uma obra-prima do neobarroco, foi fundada em 1669 por Luís XIV e feita pelo arquiteto Charles Garnier.

The Palais Garnier or Opera Garnier  which construction is considered a masterpiece of Neo-Baroque, was founded in 1669 by Louis XIV and made ​​by the architect Charles Garnier.

É difícil saber quando o Palais Garnier é mais bonito: durante o dia ou completamente iluminado à noite!



Tem capacidade para 1979 pessoas sentadas.

Eu costumava passear à noite, mesmo com a chuva frequente,  por essas ruas lindas, cheias de monumentos e luzes....aliás, não é á toa que Paris é chamada de "Cidade Luz"!

I used to walk around at night, even with the frequent rain, for these beautiful streets, full of monuments and lights .... by the way, I wonder why Paris is called the "City of Light"!
