A Viagem (161): Mais da Escócia (The Trip: More bout Scotland)

Hoje recomeçam os post de viagem e começar com algumas fotos da Escócia é tudo de bom.



Ah, mas por que eu gosto tanto da Escócia? Difícil dizer, então minha resposta é: por tudo!



Gosto das paisagens, das árvores multicoloridas que me dão quase a certeza de que apenas na Escócia são assim; nunca vi cores tão fortes em árvores.



Gosto da História, dos castelos, das cidades medievais...até das igrejas eu gosto, pela arquitetura, mas gosto.

Today the  travel posts start again, and with some photos of Scotland,  too good.

Oh, but why do I like Scotland so much? Hard to say, so my answer is: for everything!

I like the landscapes, the multicolored trees that make me almost sure that only in Scotland is possible to see trees like those; I've never seen such strong colors on trees!

I like the History, the castles, the medieval cities ... I like even the churches, for their architecture, but I like them.

Gosto dos trabalhos em pedras e madeiras, de tudo que é antigo, medieval... me lembra minha infância na casa da minha avó, na Europa.

O Reino Unido é completo quando falamos de medievalismo, de História Antiga, de reinados. Claro que tem a modernidade, a tecnologia de hoje (que também gosto bastante)...... mas me interesso pelo "ontem". Gosto de ver tudo, saber das histórias, dos contos, das pessoas daquelas épocas, das roupas, dos costumes.

Até das batalhas.

I like the craft work on stones and woods, everything that is ancient, medieval ... reminds me of my childhood at my grandmother's house in Europe.

The United Kingdom is complete when we speak of medievalism, of Ancient History, of reigns. Of course there is the modernity, the technology of today (which I also like a lot) ...... but I am interested in "yesterday". I like to see everything, to know the stories, the tales, the people of those times, the clothes, the customs.

Even the battles.

Ah, e a comida? Gosto de ver, acho interessante o tipo de comida de antes e o atual e embora eu tenha hábitos 'diferentes', menos 'carnívoros', em toda Escócia sempre passei bem pra encontrar pratos vegetarianos nos lugares onde comi. Até no restaurante do Jamie Oliver eu fui e comi um delicioso risoto de limão!

Oh, and about the food? I like to see it, I find interesting the type of food from before and at the present time and although I have 'different' habits, less 'carnivores', throughout Scotland I always went well to find vegetarian dishes in the places where I ate. I've even gone to Jamie Oliver's restaurant  and had a delicious lemon risotto!
