Como fazer furador manual caseiro (agulhão) - DIY - (How to make homemade manual drill) - VÍDEO

Hoje em dia a variedade de materiais de arte, artesanato e encadernação é grande mas nem sempre é fácil comprar alguns deles quando se mora em cidades um pouco distantes. Isso porquê, muitas vezes o frete é mais caro que o próprio objeto que se quer comprar.

Pensando nisso, vou mostrar aqui como fazer um furador manual, ou agulhão, muito usado em encadernação mas também em artesanato.

 Nowadays the variety of art, handicrafts and bookbinding materials is great but it is not always easy to buy some of them when you live in distant cities. That is why freight is often more expensive than the object itself.

Thinking about it, I'll show you how to make a manual punch, or needlework,  used a lot in binding but also in crafts.

Precisamos de:



- uma rolha de champagne ou uma rolha simples;

- uma agulha grande, cerca de 10 cm, grossa;

- uma moeda;

- tampinha metálica de garrafas;

- cola instantânea.

We need a:

- a champagne cork or a simple cork;

- a large needle, about 10 cm thick;

- a coin;

- metal bottle cap;

- instant glue.

A rolha de champagne é bem melhor que a rolha comum porque ela já vem com uma capa de metal bem resistente então se você tiver uma rolha dessas não vai precisar da moeda.

The champagne cork is much better than the regular cork because it already comes with a very tough metal cover so if you have such a cork you will not need the coin.

Se usar uma rolha simples vai precisar de uma moeda do tamanho que encaixe dentro da tampinha de metal. Cole-a usando cola instantânea.

If you use a simple cork you will need a coin of a size that fits inside the metal cap. Paste it using glue.

Depois que a moeda estiver colada na tampinha de metal, passe cola na moeda e cole-a na rolha, espere secar. Depois espete a agulha normalmente na rolha apenas pra fazer um furo, retire-a e espete-a com a parte que tem o furo, na rolha. 

Pronto, você já tem um agulhão caseiro!

After the coin is glued to the metal cap, glue the coin  to the cork, wait until it is dry. Then simply gouge the needle into the cork only to make a hole, remove it and gouge it with the part that has the hole, in the cork.
