ART JOURNALING: O QUE FIZEMOS COM O PLANETA? (WHAT HAVE WE DONE TO THE PLANET?)

Ao longo dos séculos, na verdade desde o aparecimento do Homem no planeta Terra, vemos o descaso com a fauna e a flora por parte dessa Humanidade.
É muito tempo devastando, agredindo, poluindo, levando espécies á extinção apesar de todos os "avisos" que temos recebido sob forma de mudanças climáticas radicais, tempestades, enchentes, terremotos, vulcões, pragas, pestes e doenças.
Acredito que a Terra está cansada de nos dar tantos avisos e agora, como uma mãe que quer ensinar bom comportamento aos filhos, se vê com a única alternativa de devolver a esses filhos, a Humanidade, parte do que tem recebido.
Sim, parte. Porque se devolvesse tudo seríamos exterminados.
Plante o que você quer colher, é essa a lição.

Over the centuries, in fact since the appearance of Man on planet Earth, we have seen the neglect of fauna and flora by this Humanity.

It is a long time devastating, attacking, polluting, driving species to extinction despite all the "warnings" that we have received in the form of radical climate changes, storms, floods, earthquakes, volcanoes, plagues, pests and diseases.

I believe that the Earth is tired of giving us so many warnings and now, as a mother who wants to teach good behavior to her children, she finds herself with the only alternative to return these children, Humanity, part of what she has received.

Yes, part. Because if he returned everything, we would be exterminated.

Plant what you want to reap, that's the lesson.

This is the first in a series of 3 videos on the theme "devastation" or "extinction" that is underway (and being done by us humans) in a fast way and that could lead to the disappearance of about 6 million species of the fauna and flora in a very short time.

- sketchbook;

- tinta acrílica metálica azul e preta;

- tinta acrílica: preta, branca, magenta, turquesa;

- pincel;

- recortes de revista;

- tesoura;

- soprador;

- números e corações de papel;

- cola pva;

- pincel para a cola;

- stencil aparentando ser um vírus (COVID-19);

- gesso para textura;

- espátula;

- pincel para aplicar as tintas;

- spray com água;

- papel Color Plus preto;

- caneta marcador branca e preta.

Materials used:
- sketchbook;
- blue and black metallic acrylic paint;
- acrylic paint: black, white, magenta, turquoise;
- brush tool;
- magazine clippings;
- scissors;
- blower;
- numbers and paper hearts;
- pva glue;
- brush for glue;
- stencil appearing to be a virus (COVID-19);
- plaster for texture;
- spatula;
- brush to apply the paints;
- spray with water;
- black Color Plus paper;
- white and black marker pen.
