Olá!



Como estão de Inverno?  O Rio está lindo, numa mistura de cinza com um solzinho tentando ficar firme.



Voltamos aos pacotes! Assim como eu, muitas pessoas gostam de ver pacotes e embrulhos diferentes, artesanais até nos adereços que colocamos para enfeitar!



Então sempre me pedem para mostrar fotos, só que são muitas então tem que ser aos poucos.

How is your winter?  In Rio it is beautiful, a mixture of gray with the sun trying to stand.



Let's return to the packages! Many people (like me) wish to see different packages and bundles, all with handmade ornaments to decorate them!



So, people always ask me to show pictures,  there are too many but here are some.

Que tal os pacotes do post de hoje? São mini-livros, livros médios, um ábum e tudo feito à mão; em alguns eu coloco uma mandala de origami, em outros coloco a tag aqui do estudio e todos os pacotes tem um selinho feito por nós que aliás está virando uma "marca registrada" do Estúdio Brigit isso de colocar selos nos pacotes. 

Fora os adereços, também gosto de usar carimbos: alguns eu comprei, outros eu fiz.

How do you like this post showing packages? They are mini-books, average books,  an album... all handmade, in some I put an origami mandala, in others I put the studio tag  and all packages have seals made ​​by us which incidentally is becoming a "registered brand " of Estudio Brigit: to put seals on the packages.



Besides the ornaments, I  also like to stamp on them: I've bought some stamps, others I've made.

Então na hora de fazer um embrulho é só juntar um pouco disto, um pouco daquilo, mais uma porção de carinho e atenção.... e voilá! 

So to make a package just add a little of this, a little of that, plus a lot of care and attention .... and voila!

Viva o Inverno! (Enjoy the Winter!)

 Estou especialmente feliz porque hoje começa o inverno aqui no Hemisfério Sul!



Adoro o Inverno, o clima fica agradável, podemos usar roupas mais elegantes, usar botas, casacos....acho até que a paisagem fica bonita com as árvores desfolhando e o ar um pouco embaçado.



Se bem que aqui no Rio a semana  funciona com 1 dia nessa estação e os outros 6 dias com calor.



Já gostei mais do calor, de praia, de dias com luz forte.....mas hoje em dia as estações que mais gosto são o Outono, que para mim é a mais bonita, e o Inverno.







I'm especially happy because Winter begins today here in the Southern Hemisphere!



I love Winter, the weather gets nice, we can use more stylish clothes, wear boots, jackets .... even the landscape is beautiful with the defoliating trees and the air a little blurry.



But here in Rio the week goes one day in this season and the other six days with Summer.



I used to like  Summer, the beach, days with bright light ..... but nowadays my favourite seasons are Autumn, which I think is the prettiest, and Winter.

Gosto de estações bem definidas como são na Europa e nos Estados Unidos.

Mas não precisamos ir tão longe já que no sul do nosso país temos a opção de escolher entre várias cidades, onde queremos curtir um friozinho!

Gosto bastante do Rio Grande do Sul, sou apaixonada pelas cidades de Gramado, Canela, Caxias do Sul, Farroupilha, Garibaldi, Nova Petrópolis....em Picada Café tem um armazém com uns biscoitinhos deliciosos!

São tantas cidades lindas, tantas por onde já passei.....é, o Inverno me deixa saudosa dos lugares frios que tanto gosto, das lareiras, da comida quentinha, do café fumegando no bule, de chocolate quente, vinho...pinhões na lenha.

I like places where the seasons are well defined as in Europe and in the United States.

But we don't need  go so far as in  the south of our country we have the option to choose between several cities to enjoy a chill weather!

I really like the state of Rio Grande do Sul, I'm in love with the cities of Gramado, Canela, Caxias do Sul, Farroupilha, Garibaldi, Nova Petropolis .... in the small city of Picada Café  there is a warehouse with some delicious cookies!

There are so many beautiful cities, that I have gone ..... yep, Winter makes me nostalgic of the cold places I like so much, the fireplaces, warm food, the steaming coffee in the pot,  the hot chocolate, the wine ... pine nuts cooked in wood.

Cada vez que vou a Gramado tenho a sensação de estar no Natal, mesmo estando em Maio ou Junho, vou sempre visitar a Aldeia do Papai Noel. Suas ruas iluminadas com aquelas pequenas lâmpadas natalinas, o clima frio, a névoa, o cheiro do orvalho.......bom, é melhor eu parar por aqui senão este post vira um testamento e uma declaração de Amor a Gramado, a cidade que meu coração escolheu.



Every time I go to Gramado I have the feeling of Christmas, even though in May or June, I always visit the Santa Claus Village. Its streets lit up with those little Christmas lights, the cold weather, fog, the smell of dew ....... well, I better stop here otherwise this post goes too long with a declaration of love to Gramado, the city ​​that my heart has chosen.

Como foi o fim de semana? 

Esta semana está sendo bem  movimentada aqui no Rio por causa  da Rio+20, a Conferência das Nações Unidas sobre Desenvolvimento Sustentável  que começou no dia  13 e vai até  22 de junho. Espero que tomem resoluções certas para a Terra.

Bom, voltando aqui ao nosso mundo de livros, aqui está mais um Livro das Sombras ou Grimório, mas desta vez fiz um desenho á mão livre, vamos ver:

How was your weekend?

This week is very busy here in Rio because of the Rio+20, the United Nations Conference on Sustainable Development which began in the 13th and runs until June 22nd. I hope they take good resolutions for the Earth.

Well, back to our world of books, here is another Book of Shadows or Grimoire, but this time I  did a free hand drawing, let's see:

O Livro mede 20cm de base por 25cm de altura, com 2,5cm de espessura na lombada, e pesa aproximadamente 700 gramas.

The book measures 20cm base  by 25cm high with 2.5 cm thick at the spine, and weighs approximately 700 grams.

A capa é em courino preto, fosco, com aplicações em papel craft prateado de Luas e Pentagrama, as pedras ônix, ágata, quartzo, turmalina e ametista decoram o interior das Luas e o centro do Pentagrama.

The cover is in black matte courino (artificial leather), with applications in craft paper of silver Moons and Pentagram, the onyx, agate, quartz, tourmaline and amethyst stones adorn the interior of the Moons and the center of the Pentagram.

A lombada é redonda, ornamentada com linha encerada azul.

The spine is round, ornamented with blue waxed thread .

São 2 marcadores em fita de cetim preto, com pingentes de Lua e Coruja.



There are two black satin ribbon markers , with pendants of owl and moon.

Folhas de Guarda em papel Color Plus preto, 120g/m². Miolo com 100 folhas (200 páginas) de papel Reciclato, 120g/m².

The Guard Sheets are in Color Plus black paper, 120g / m². The book has 100 sheets (200 pages) of Reciclato paper, 120g / m².

Na primeira página do Livro fiz um desenho à mão livre com caneta nanquim, ilustrei com videiras e no centro escrevi "Livro das Sombras", pintei com cores em tons de azul, verde e um toque de lilás. 

Esse desenho dá um 'toque antigo" ao Livro, tornando-o diferente, personalizado.

On the first page of the book I did a freehand drawing with an ink pen, illustrated with vines and in the center I wrote "Book of Shadows", painted with colors in shades of blue, green and a touch of lilac.

This drawing gives an 'old touch" to the book, making it different, customized.

Os Livros das Sombras aqui do Estúdio são recordes em visitação de leitores, estão entre os mais procurados tanto pelos brasileiros quanto pelos estrangeiros e gosto muito de fazer esses livros porque são livros únicos, não faço dois Livros das Sombras exatamente iguais. Acho que são livros muito particulares, muito pessoais, por isso mesmo que alguns sejam parecidos tem sempre algo de diferente em cada um.





The Books of Shadows here in the studio  are records in visitation of readers, they are among the most sought  by both Brazilians and foreigners and I love to make  these books because they are unique, I do not make two Books of Shadows exactly the same way. I think these  books are very private, very personal, so even if some are alike they always have something different in each one.
