Nossa Senhora das Graças - Imagem (Our Lady of Grace)

Olá!

Essa imagem linda é de Nossa Sra das Graças, em gesso, com aplicação de técnica de decoupage florido, com certeza uma das imagens mais bonitas que já fiz.

Além da decoupage também usei tintas prata, perolada e acrílica.

Mede aproximadamente 32cm de altura e tem 850 gramas de peso.

Além de ser uma peça religiosa é uma bonita peça decorativa e como o Natal está chegando ela também é uma boa opção de presente.

A Primavera também está chegando! Bom fim de semana, aproveite a vida!

This beautiful image is of Our Lady of Graces, in plaster, with technical application of decoupage with flowers, surely one of the most beautiful images I've ever done.



Besides the decoupage I have also used silver, pearl and acrylic paints.



Measures approximately 32cm tall and has 850 grams of weight.



Besides being a religious piece is a beautiful decorative piece and as Christmas is coming it is also a good gift choice.

O Museu de Victoria e Albert está repleto de ossadas de animais pré-históricos e através de suas formas vemos a exata evolução da Natureza.

The Victoria and Albert Museum is full of skeletons of prehistoric animals and through their  forms we see the exact evolution of Nature.

No andar térreo existem artefatos de até 3.000 anos atrás, para quem gosta de ciência e história antiga, é um passeio para o dia todo porque o museu é enorme: tem 145 galerias!

On the ground floor there are artifacts up to 3,000 years ago, for those who like science and ancient history is a ride for the whole day because the museum is huge: it has 145 galleries!

Na foto abaixo podemos ver o corte do tronco de uma árvore e pelas linhas circulares que aparecem no tronco pode-se determinar a idade aproximada da árvore; esta era bem antiga.

In the picture below we can see the cut in the trunk of a tree and the circular lines that appear on the trunk can determine the approximate age of the tree; this was very old.

Semana que vem mostro mais desse museu, vale a pena visitar!

Decoupage em Gesso, como fazer? Parte 1 - Vídeo - (Decoupage on plaster, how to? Part 1)

Olá, pessoal!



Vocês sabem que faço decoupage em gesso tem um tempinho, né? 



Como sempre recebo email com perguntas sobre decoupage achei melhor mostrar em vídeo como eu faço essa arte. 



A explicação é longa porque dou muitos detalhes e dicas pro trabalho sair perfeito, então dividi o vídeo em 2 partes e esta é a primeira parte.  Semana que vem eu mostro a segunda parte mas ela já está disponível no Canal do Estúdio Brigit no YouTube.

You know it's been a while that I decoupage on plaster, don't you?



As I always receive emails with questions about decoupage I thought it could be better to show in  video the way I do this art.



The explanation is long because I give many details and tips for work out perfect, so I have divided the video into 2 parts and this is the first part. Next week I will show the second part but it is already available in the Estudio Brigit YouTube Channel.
