O Estúdio Brigit está de volta e pra começar bem o ano de 2017 o primeiro post oficial é do Arcanjo Miguel, uma imagem em gesso de aproximadamente 30cm, decorada com a técnica de Decoupage, além de partes pintadas e pedras de strass.

The Estúdio Brigit is back and to start 2017 in a good way, the first official post is to show this Archangel Michael, an image in plaster of approximately 30cm, decorated with the technique of Decoupage, in addition to painted parts and rhinestones.

As asas são enormes, lindas e com muito brilho.

The wings are huge, beautiful and very bright.

Durante as férias do Estúdio Brigit tivemos alguns vídeos no YouTube, no mês de fevereiro, onde respondo perguntas relativas a artesanato e a assuntos gerais.

E fiz 2 vídeos com Perguntas & Respostas sobre Decoupage, dá uma olhadinha lá ou nos posts anteriores aqui mesmo no blog.

This is a frequently asked question: Where can I plaster images?

Many people want to know, they send me e-mails, contact me by FaceBook ..... so where to buy?



Recentemente recebi 3 imagens em gesso branco e fiquei surpresa com os detalhes de cada imagem: coisas como arabescos, detalhes nas roupas.....nem sempre conseguimos achar imagens assim.

Recently I've received 3 images in white plaster and I was surprised with the details of each image: things like arabesques, details on the clothes ..... we can not always find images like these.



Quem mandou as 3 imagens de presente aqui pro Estúdio Brigit foi a Camila Napolitano da loja Via Lumina, especializada em imagens de gesso católicas, mas também tem outras lá que não são especificamente católicas, adorei!

The 3 images were sent to me, as a gift,  by  Camila Napolitano from the Via Lumina store, specialized in Catholic  images, but there are also other ones there that are not specifically Catholic, I loved them!

E o bom é que são brancas! Então dá pra fazer muita coisa: decoupar, pintar, enfeitar com rendas, com pérolas, com strass......o que a imaginação mandar!



Ah, claro que vou mostrar como fazer cada uma das imagens, mas você também pode ter a sua imagem, é só entrar no site da Via Lumina e escolher a sua.

And the good thing is that they are white! So you can do a lot: decoupage, paint, lace with pearls, with rhinestones ... whaterver the imagination commands!

This is the train route to Edinburgh, from Glasgow.

A viagem é linda, não me canso de dizer que a Escócia é um dos países mais bonitos do mundo! 

Tem sempre castelos e  construções antigas por onde passamos, o povo é alegre e gosta de turistas.

The trip is beautiful, I am never tired of saying that Scotland is one of the most beautiful countries in the world!

There are always castles and old buildings where we have passed, the people are cheerful and like tourists.

Até as pequenas estações de trem tem seu charme, e tudo com muito verde à volta.

Even the small train stations have their charm, and everything with a lot of green surrounding .

É uma viagem tranquila, confortável, mas nem penso em dormir e perder a paisagem! 

Cada minuto com os olhos abertos é precioso, é um aprendizado em tradição e em preservação da história do país.

It's a quiet, comfortable trip, but I do not even think about sleeping and losing the scenery!

Every minute with open eyes is precious, it is a learning in tradition and in preservation of the history of the country.
