Adorei St Andrews mas é hora de voltar pra Edimburgo e olhar para aquele castelo deslumbrante, no alto da pedra.

 A viagem a St Andrews foi feita com uma companhia turística e assim pude ver melhor os detalhes do caminho, como esse muro com datas de 400 anos atrás.

I love St Andrews but it's time to head back to Edinburgh and look at that gorgeous castle on the top of the rock.

  The trip to St Andrews was made with a tourist company  so I could see better the details of the way, like this wall with dates of 400 years ago.

A visão noturna de Edimburgo é Linda mas tem um ar de mistério também quando andamos pelas ruas medievais, ás vezes até sombrias.

Mas é por isso, e por muito mais, que eu adoro essa cidade!

The night view of Edinburgh is beautiful but it has an air of mystery too as we walk through the medieval streets, sometimes even gloomy.

But that's why, and for more, I love this city!

Tinta Metálica em pasta, como fazer? - DIY (Metallic Paint) - VIDEO

Olá!

Vamos fazer tinta metálica, tipo aquarela, para as nossas pinturas? Também serve pra realçar detalhes em cartões, em desenhos.....e com cores que nem sempre encontramos á venda!

Esta tinta é muito parecida com tinta aquarela porque também é á base de água e goma arábica, por isso ela deve ser usada apenas sobre papel.

Lista de material:

- sombra cintilante para olhos na cor desejada, aproximadamente 2 colheres de chá;

- 3 gotas de glicerina;

- 3 gotas de água destilada ou filtrada;

- 4, 5 ou um pouco mais de gotas de goma arábica, apenas o suficiente para formar uma pasta;

- espátula, ou outro objeto para amassar a sombra e trabalhar a pasta;

- prato branco ou superfície de mármore ou inox;

- recipiente para guardar a pasta, de preferência com tampa.

Você pode usar um conjunto inteiro de sombras e fazer cores variadas de tintas, experimente porque o resultado é ótimo!

Let's make a kind of metal watercolor paint for our paintings?!  It also serves to emphasize details in cards, in drawings ..... and with colors that are not always for sale in art shops!

This paint is very similar to watercolor paint because it is also has water and gum arabic, so it should only be used on paper.

Material list:

- scintillating eye shadow in desired color, approximately 2 teaspoons;

- 3 drops of glycerin;

- 3 drops of distilled or filtered water;

- 4, 5 or a few more drops of gum arabic, just enough to form a paste;

- spatula, or other object to knead the eye shadow and work the paste;

- white plate or surface of marble or stainless steel;

- container for storing the paste, preferably with a lid.

You may use an entire set of shadows and make various colors of paints, try it because the result is great!

Então, o blog está mudando, mais alguns ajustes e fica pronto mas falta mudar a logo também. Pensei em deixar apenas escrito "Estúdio Brigit" com a minha caligrafia e uma ou mais flores em aquarela embaixo, será que fica bom?
Preciso de opiniões, vamos lá, digam, digam!

Já comecei a fazer os testes das flores, pintei uma rosa amarela mas pode ser outro tipo de flor também. 

Ai, ai,....que dúvida!

Material que usei no vídeo:

- 2 potes com água limpa;

- lápis, borracha;

- caneta permanente preta Pigma Micron da Sakura;

- pincel língua de gato nº10 e pincel redondo nº3;

- bloco para aquarela do Estúdio Brigit;

- toalha pequena;

- tintas aquarela nas cores: Lemon Yellow, Yellow Ochre, Azo Yellow, Turqouise, Payne's Gray da Winsor&Newton; Leaf Green e Permanent Green Deep da Sakura.

So, the blog is changing, some more adjustments and it is ready, but it is still necessary to change the logo too. I thought of just writing "Estúdio Brigit" with my handwriting and one or more watercolor flowers underneath, what do you reckon?

I need opinions, come on, tell me, tell me!

I've already started to test the flowers, I have painted a yellow rose but it could be another type of flower as well.

Oh my God, what a doubt!

Material I used in the video:

- 2 pots with clean water;

- pencil, eraser;

- black Sakura Pigma Micron permanent pen;

- cat tongue brush nº10 and round brush nº3;

- Estúdio Brigit watercolor block;

- small towel;

- Watercolor paints: Lemon Yellow, Yellow Ocher, Azo Yellow, Turqouise, Payne's Gray by Winsor & Newton; Leaf Green and Sakura's Permanent Green Deep.
