Que cores tenho na minha caixa de Aquarela? #1 (What colors do I have in my Watercolor box?) - VIDEO

"Cris, que cores você tem nessa caixa?", "Você mexe na arrumação das cores?", "Você muda a caixa?" 

Essas são as 3 preguntas que mais ouço/leio quando o assunto é "caixas de aquarela". 

Normalmente eu mudo a ordem das cores e também vou acrescentando mais cores se for possível, se a caixa permitir, porque existem caixas em que não conseguimos adicionar mais cores por falta de espaço mas também existem caixas em que podemos acrescentar quase 3 vezes mais cores do que a caixa original.

O que eu prefiro? Eu prefiro montar a minha caixa. Vou comprando tubos de tinta com base na minha experiência em pintura a óleo e acrílica: algumas cores eu continuo comprando, outras eu abandono, depende do resultado de cada cor nas minhas pinturas.

Então, pra responder às pessoas que querem saber quais cores eu uso aqui está um desenho e o vídeo logo abaixo, com o nome das cores e a arrumação que faço dentro da caixa, pelo menos no momento. De vez em quando eu mudo a arrumação das cores, aliás, frequentemente faço isso. Então vamos fazer assim: todas as vezes que eu acrescentar ou substituir alguma cor eu faço um novo post.

Pelo vídeo você vai ver que o desenho que fiz foi este, com nomes, mas depois precisei fazer um outro desenho um pouco maior pra poder colocar na aba direita do blog e facilitar uma consulta rápida de quem quiser ver, por isso há 2 desenhos da mesma caixa.

Essa ideia de colocar a paleta de cores na aba não é minha, muitos artistas fazem o mesmo em seus blogs, como a Liz Steel, por exemplo, de quem sou fã!

These are the 3 questions that I always hear / read when it comes to "watercolor boxes".



Normally I change the order of the colors and I also add more colors if possible, if the box allows, because there are boxes in which we can not add more colors due to lack of space but there are also boxes in which we can add almost 3 times more colors than the original box.



What do I prefer? I'd rather mount my box. I buy tubes of paint based on my experience in oil and acrylic painting: some colors I continue to buy, others I abandon, it depends on the result of each color in my paintings.



So to answer the people who want to know what colors I am using now here is a drawing and the video above, with the name of the colors and the arrangement I make inside the box, at least at the moment. From time to time I change the arrangement of colors, by the way, I often do this. So let's do this: every time I add or replace some color I make a new post.



Through the video you will see that the drawing I made was  one, with names, but then I had to make another drawing a little bigger to be able to put in the right flap of the blog and facilitate a quick view, so there are 2 drawings of the same box.



This idea of ​​putting the color palette on the flap is not mine, many artists do the same on their blogs, like Liz Steel, for example, of whom I am a fan, I do love her sketches and watercolors.

Gente, coisa mais linda esse boi ou vaca  (não sei exatamente), acho que com esse cabelo todo dá pra fazer um monte de penteados! No Brasil nunca vi disso, e também não sei dizer a raça desse gado mas que é lindo, é!

Guys, what a beautiful thing this ox or cow is(I do not know exactly)! I think that with all of this hair it is possible to do a lot of hairstyles! In Brazil I have never seen this kind of cattle, and I can not tell the breed of this one, but it is beautiful, yes it is!

Lindas também são essas paisagens: os lagos, as montanhas, o verde da Natureza e o colorido das árvores. Parece uma pintura, parece parte de um enorme quadro feito por um excelente artista.

Já visitei em alguns países mas em nenhum deles, nem no Brasil, vi árvores com cores tão fortes e tão diversas; desde verdes em todos os tons, passando por amarelos, vermelhos e até roxos. Deslumbrante!

Beautiful are also these landscapes: the lakes, the mountains, the green of Nature and the color of the trees. It looks like a painting, it seems part of a huge painting done by an excellent artist.

I have visited  some countries but in none of them, nor in Brazil, have I seen trees with such strong and diverse colors; from greens in all shades, to yellows, reds and even purples. Gorgeous!

Uma outra coisa que gosto na Escócia é o clima, especialmente nesta época do ano porque nem é quente, nem frio demais, é uma temperatura agradável, saindo do verão e já se preparando pra entrar no Outono e depois no Inverno, em Dezembro. Mas em Outubro o clima já pode ser bem fresco com um pouco de geada de vez em quando, e eu que adoro o frio fico feliz da vida quando abro a janela do quarto de manhã e vejo a geada ainda cobrindo boa parte dos telhados da cidade.

Another thing that I like in Scotland is the weather, especially at this time of year because it's neither hot nor too cold, it's a nice temperature, coming out of Summer and getting ready to go in the Fall and then Winter in December. But in October the weather may already be quite cool with a little frost from time to time, and I (who love the cold weather) am happy when I open the  window in the morning and see the frost still covering most of the roofs of the city .

Vamos desenhar esse aí da foto, deitado, descansando em cima da grama verdinha.....e pra ajudar você, aqui está um sketch desse simpático boi. Clique na imagem para amplia-la, salve-a em seu computador e pra passar pro papel ou sketchbook você pode usar uma das técnicas que mostrei no vídeo "Como copiar desenhos para aquarela". Com o desenho no papel, é só pintar com aquarela, lápis de cor, guache, crayon, pastel...como você quiser.

Estalagem no Halloween (Falta tempo pra Arte?) - (Inn at Halloween (No time for Art?)) - VIDEO

Olá!

Hoje temos uma Aquarela Sketch onde mostro uma pequena estalagem com tudo preparado pra comemorar o Halloween no mês que vem. Essa estalagem fica na mesma cidadezinha onde fiz o  outro desenho e aquarela do Citroen vermelho, mas não lembro o nome da cidade, o jeito é voltar lá e ver!

O Sketchbook que usei foi feito aqui no Estúdio Brigit e você pode ver esse e outros sketchbooks na loja virtual do estúdio; é um sketchbook pra desenho e pintura, mas como a gramatura do papel é 180g/m² podemos usa-lo pra aquarelar também, desde que não seja uma aquarela aguada demais.

Além de mostrar o desenho e a pintura, neste vídeo também falo um pouco da "falta de tempo" que parece afetar quase todas as pessoas do planeta e conto minha experiência pessoal, quem sabe ela te ajude a ver como o seu tempo está "fugindo" de suas mãos.

Today we have a Watercolor Sketch where I show a small inn with everything prepared to celebrate Halloween, next month. This inn is in the same village where I did the last sketch: a red Citroen watercolor and drawing, but I do not remember the name of the village, better going back there and see!

You can see more of this village in the last travel post here on the blog.

The Sketchbook I used was made here at Estúdio Brigit  and you may see this and other sketchbooks in the studio's virtual store; it is a sketchbook for drawing and painting, but as the weight of the paper is 180g / m² we can use it for not too watery watercolors.

Besides showing the drawing and the painting, in this video I also speak a little about the "lack of time" that seems to affect almost all the people of the planet and tell my personal experience, maybe it will help you to see how your time is "running away "from your hands.

I used few colors for this sketch, let's go to the list of material:

- brush with reservoir, Sakura;

- flat brush # 14:
