ENVELOPE CAIXA - DIY (ENVELOPE BOX) - VÍDEO

Ou já quis colocar pequenos objetos num envelope mas ficou apertado demais?



Mas se for um envelope tipo caixa, dá tudo certo!

E o bom disso é que podemos fazer com a ferramenta Envelope Punch Board, bem rapidinho, e ficam lindos!



Já pensou ganhar um chocolate dentro de um envelope tipo caixa, e a caixa decorada com tags, selinhos, rendas, etc???

Vamos fazer um envelope caixa para pequenos objetos, ou para pequenos papéis, aqui não há a preocupação em fazer uma determinada medida ou tamanho.

Let's make an envelope box for small objects, or for small papers, here there is not the concern in making a particular measure or size.

Então escolhemos uma medida e fazemos um envelope, que pode ser de qualquer tamanho.

So we choose a measure and we make an envelope, which can be of any size.

Quando o nosso envelope caixa estiver pronto, ele será menor que o envelope usado para faze-lo, como mostra a foto abaixo.

When our envelope box is ready, it will be smaller than the envelope used to make it, as shown in the photo below.

No caso do nosso exemplo, a marcação ou Score Line que está na ferramenta foi 6,7. Usei a tabela em centímetros e não em polegadas, mas não importa se você usa centímetros ou polegadas.

Na foto abaixo vemos a marcação 6,7 e o indicador azul corretamente posicionado na dobra do envelope.

In our example, the Score Line  was 6.7, I used the table in centimeters and not in inches, but it does not matter if you use centimeters or inches.

In the photo below we see the Score Line 6.7 and the blue indicator correctly positioned in the fold of the envelope.

Agora vou escolher uma medida menor, ou seja, à direita da minha Score Line de 6,7.........vou escolher a medida 5,5!

Now I will choose a smaller measure, that is to the right of my Score Line of 6.7 ......... I will choose the score line 5.5!

Posiciono o envelope nessa medida e faço um novo vinco. 

I place the envelope in this measure and make a new crease.

Giro o envelope até o lado oposto e com a mesma marcação de 5,5 faço mais um vinco.

Repare que os 2 novos vincos ficam na parte de dentro dos vincos anteriores, por isso eu disse que o envelope caixa quando pronto é menor que o envelope original.

I turn the envelope to the opposite side and with the same score of 5.5 I make another crease.

Note that the 2 new creases stay in the inside of the previous creases, that's why I said the envelope box when ready is smaller than the original envelope.

Agora giro o envelope para fazer os vincos das extremidades, da seguinte forma:

posiciono a ponta azul na dobra do envelope original e deslizo o envelope de forma que a outra parte da ferramenta (que não tem ponta) fique exatamente em cima dessa dobra original do envelope.

Faço isso nas duas extremidades que faltam.

Now  turn the envelope to make the creases of the ends, as follows:

position the blue tip on the fold of the original envelope and slide the envelope so that the other part of the tool (which has no tip) lies exactly on top of that original envelope fold.

I do this on both ends that are missing.

Todas essas marcações e vincos tem como resultado deixar o envelope com 2 marcações, como mostra a foto abaixo.

All these scores and creases result in leaving the envelope with 2 scores, as shown in the picture below.

Fazemos cortes, de forma a deixar abas próprias de caixas.

We make cuts, in order to leave tabs like those we see in regular boxes.

Dobramos e reforçamos um pouco os vincos mas ainda não é hora de colar, precisamos enfeitar nosso envelope caixa primeiro!

We fold and reinforce the creases a bit but it is not yet time to paste, we need to embelish our envelope box first!

Depois de todos os enfeites e colagens, pinturas, etc.... vamos montar e colar o envelope!

After all the embellishments and collages, paintings, etc .... let's assemble and paste the envelope!

E aqui está um lindo envelope caixa, ótimo para colocar cartões, chocolates, pequenos enfeites, moedas, botões, etc.....

ATC #4: ENJOY & SHARE - VÍDEO

ATC com círculos tipo aqueles brinquedos pra relaxar, sabe? 

Com algumas palavras felizes e um conjunto de cores que nos deixam no mundo dos sonhos.....



Material:

- círculos de papel com 2 tamanhos diferentes;

- caneta permanente preta, pode ser hidrocor preto;

- lapiseira e borracha;

- lápis de cor nas cores desejadas;

- presilha bailarina;

- cartao ATC azul metalizado.



Primeiramente, apoio meus círculos sobre uma folha de papel e passo a caneta preta em toda a volta de cada um deles. O objetivo é que fiquem com uma margem preta.

ATC with circles like those toys used to relax, you know?

With some happy words and a set of colors that leave us in the world of dreams .....

Material:

- paper circles with 2 different sizes;

- black permanent pen, it can be black hydrochor;

- pencil;

- colored pencils in the desired colors;

- ballerina clip;

-  Metallic blue card in the size of an ATC.

First, I support my circles on a sheet of paper and I run the black pen all the way around each of them. The goal is to get a black margin.

Depois, escrevo a lápis algumas frases felizes.

Then, with a pencil  I write  some happy phrases on each circle.

Com as frases já escritas, cubro as letras com a caneta preta.

With the sentences already written, I cover the letters with the black pen.

Com lápis de cor pinto o interior das letras com cores diversas e alegres.

 With colored pencils I paint the inside of the letters with diverse and cheerful colors.

Divido os círculos em fatias, como se fossem pedaços de pizza ou bolo, e pinto cada fatia com uma cor diferente.

Tudo isso é feito em todos os círculos: os maiores e os menores.

I divide the circles into slices, as if they were pieces of pizza or cake, and I paint each slice with a different color.

All this is done in all circles: the largest and the smallest.

O objetivo é ter um cartão ATC com fundo azul e 2 círculos que rodam.

 The goal is to have an ATC card with blue background and 2 circles that rotate.

Faço um furo no meio de um círculo grande e de um círculo pequeno. O pequeno ficará sobre o grande e ambos serão presos no cartão, mas que possam rodar quando tocados pelos dedos.

 I make a hole in the middle of a large circle and of a small circle. The little one will be on the big one and both will be stuck on the card, but in a way that they can turn when touched by the fingers.

Para esconder a parte de metal da bailarina preciso colar um papel branco por cima.

 To hide the metal part of the pin I need to glue a white paper over the top.

E para finalizar colo uma washi tape nas extremidades, para que o cartão fique ainda mais "alegre".

 And to finish I apply a washi tape at the ends, so that the card becomes even more "cheerful".

E pronto: cartões ATC com discos que rodam e frases felizes!

And they are ready: ATC cards with spinning discs and happy phrases!

LÁPIS DE COR: Técnicas Básicas #6 (COLOR PENCIL: Basic Techniques # 6) - VÍDEO

Neste vídeo vamos ver como fazer o jogo de luz e sombra mas usando cores diferentes das cores principais. 

No vídeo anterior usei tons da cor principal pra fazer as sombras mas podemos usar outras cores, suas complementares e seus tons pra obter efeitos parecidos. 

Qual método escolher? Depende de você, depende do efeito que você quer, as opções são muitas.

In this video we will see how to make the game of light and shadow but using colors different from the main colors.

In the previous video I used shades of the main color to make the shadows but we can use other colors, their complements and their tones to obtain similar effects.

Which method to choose? It depends on you, it depends on the effect you want, the options are many.

Escolhi a cor vermelha para pintar uma folha, mas antes de aplica-la vou usar o verde como base em lugares onde há sombra.

I chose the color red to paint a leaf, but before applying it I will use green as a base in places where there is shade.

A aplicação do verde é de forma suave, depois aplico o vermelho.

The application of green is smooth, then I apply the red.

Uso tons da cor vermelha pra representar minha folha.

I use shades of red to represent my leaf.

Volto com a cor verde porque preciso que a mistura de cores me traga um marrom mais pronunciado. Aqui uso as complementares para produzir o marrom e ou alternando as cores até obter a luz e sobra desejadas na minha folha, lembrando sempre que a cor final é a vermelha.

I come back with the color green because I need the color mixture to bring me a more pronounced brown. Here I use the complementary ones to produce the brown and keep alternating the colors until I get the desired light & shadow  on my leaf, always remembering that the final color is red.

Também neste caso estou construindo tons, mas tons de vermelho, verde e marrom.

Also in this case I am building shades, but shades of red, green and brown.

A aplicação do blender é opcional, então suavizo a mão um pouco antes de passa-lo.

The application of the blender is optional, so I soften the hand a little before using it.

Agora vamos ver um efeito parecido mas sem o uso de cores complementares, mas sim de azul com cinza para dar o escuro que quero para a minha folha, que também será vermelha.

Começo com uma camada leve de vermelho.

Now we will see a similar effect but without the use of complementary colors, but of blue with gray to give the dark that I want for my leaf, that also will be red.

I start with a light layer of red.

Acrescento um pouco de azul nos lugares onde terei sombra, ou seja, mais próximo das extremidades da folha porque quero dar profundidade à pintura.

I add a little blue in the places where I have shade, that is, closer to the ends of the leaf because I want to give depth to the painting.

Com a cor cinza, começo a mesclar o azul e construindo minha sombra.

With the gray color, I start to blend the blue and build my shadow.

Venho novamente com o vermelho e faço a fusão das 3 cores: azul, cinza e vermelho.

I come again with red and merge the 3 colors: blue, gray and red.

Quando estou satisfeita com a sombra, acrescento mais vermelho á folha.

When I am satisfied with the shadow, I add more red to the leaf.

Acrescento branco em algumas partes da folha, para clarear um pouco.

I add white on some parts of the leaf, to lighten a little.

E mais uma camada de vermelho, com um pouco mais de pressão para finalizar.

And another layer of red, with a little more pressure to finish the painting.

Usei azul e cinza na folha a cima, mas vale a pena tentar a mistura de azul e uma leve camada de preto em outra folha, apenas para comparação de resultados e escolha também: algumas pessoas preferem usar diretamente a cor preta, eu  prefiro o cinza porque é mais fácil corrigir depois se ficar forte demais e corrigir o preto é bem mais difícil.

 O preto é uma cor muito forte, dominante, então a mão deve sempre ser bem suave.

I used blue and gray on the top leaf, but it is worth trying the blending of blue and a light layer of black on another leaf, just for comparison of results: some people prefer to use black directly, I prefer gray because it's easier to fix it later if I get too strong and fixing black is much more difficult.



  Black is a very strong, dominant color, so the hand should always be very soft.

E por último, faço sombreados com misturas de cinzas e azuis por fora e em torno das folhas pra dar profundidade.

And lastly, I  shade with blends of gray and blue on the outside and around the leaves to give depth.

Nas fotos acima, escolhi uma página onde as folhas estão soltas, sem encostar umas nas outras, então posso optar por um fundo natural da página ou de outra cor. As cores preta e branca naturalmente são neutras, contudo, quando aplicadas em fundos realçam bastantes as cores vizinhas.



Nesta outra pintura abaixo, optei pelo fundo branco. Mas e se tivesse optado por colorir todo o fundo de preto? Você consegue olhar e imaginar como ficaria?



Veja todo o processo no vídeo abaixo, mesmo que você não entenda português é fácil entender a mistura de cores para fazer as sombras.

In the photos above, I chose a page where the leaves are loose, without leaning against each other, so I can choose a natural background of the page or another color. The black and white colors are neutral, however, when applied on backgrounds enhance enough the neighboring colors.

In this other painting below, I opted for the white background. But what if I had chosen to color the whole background in black? Can you look and imagine how it would look?
