Para você que gosta de #canetatinteiro mas precisa de uma tinta que não borre e não entupa a sua preciosa caneta, vou testar a tinta resistente à água DE ATRAMENTIS que pode ser usada em canetas tinteiro.


Depois de seca, a tinta oferece a resistência à água e isso é ótimo para quem gosta de desenhar e aquarelar depois.

Nem todas as tintas resistentes à água podem ser usadas em canetas tinteiro, por exemplo, Indian Ink não deve ser usada por ser uma tinta altamente pigmentada.

Então vamos testar a DE ATRAMENTIS e ver o comportamento dela, depois de seca, com aquarela por cima. Vem ver!

For those who like fountain pens but need an ink that does not smudge and does not clog your precious pen, I am going to test the water resistant ink DE ATRAMENTIS that can be used in fountain pens.

After drying, the ink offers water resistance and this is great for those who like to draw and watercolors afterwards.

Not all water-resistant inks can be used in fountain pens, for example, Indian Ink should not be used because it is a highly pigmented ink.



So let's test DE ATRAMENTIS and see its behavior, after drying, with watercolor on top. Come and see!

Para quem gosta de desenhar e aquarelar depois, ter uma tinta que pode ser usada em caneta tinteiro e que não borra é maravilhoso!

For those who like to draw and watercolors later, having an ink that can be used in a fountain pen and that does not smudge is wonderful!

É preciso tomar cuidado com o tipo de tinta para não danificar a caneta tinteiro. As tintas usadas normalmente são sensíveis a água.

Care must be taken with the type of ink to avoid damaging the fountain pen. The inks used are usually sensitive to water.

Vou aproveitar e encher minha caneta tinteiro. É uma caneta alemã, chamada Reform, antiga, e o próprio corpo da caneta retem a tinta dentro. 

I will take advantage and fill my fountain pen. It is a German pen, called Reform, old, and the pen body itself retains the ink inside.

No topo da caneta há uma parte que podemos rodar e fazer a sucção da tinta até enche-la completamente. Podemos ver se está cheia porque uma pequena parte do corpo da caneta é transparente.

At the top of the pen there is a part that we can rotate and suck the ink until it is completely filled. We can see if it is full because a small part of the pen's body is transparent.

Agora vamos fazer o teste: alguns rabiscos....

E assim que os rabiscos secarem, aquarela neles!

É realmente importante que a tinta esteja seca para depois podermos aplicar a aquarela. Deu certo, não borrou!

ENVELOPE CORSETTE #2 - DIY - VÍDEO

Envelopes Corsettes são realmente lindos, não são?

Em um post anterior mostrei como fazer o da foto abaixo, na verdade é bem fácil de ser feito.

Hoje vou mostrar outro envelope Corsette um pouco diferente, fácil mas ligeiramente mais trabalhoso que o anterior.

Corsette envelopes are really beautiful, aren't they?

In a previous post I showed you how to make the one in the photo below, in fact it is quite easy to make.

Today I am going to show you another Corsette envelope that is a little different, easy but slightly more laborious than the previous one.

Gosto de usar a ferramenta Envelope Punch Board para fazer envelopes, mas você pode simplesmente descolar um envelope já pronto e abri-lo porque o próximo passo é decora-lo com carimbos ou outros enfeites, como você quiser.

I like to use the Envelope Punch Board tool to make envelopes, but you can simply peel off a ready-made envelope and open it because the next step is to decorate it with stamps or other decorations, as you wish.

No envelope anterior usei ilhoses apenas para decorar, não são necessários. Ficam lindos, né?

In the previous envelope I used eyelets only to decorate, they are not necessary. They look beautiful, don't they!?

No envelope de hoje não vou colocar ilhoses porque seria muito trabalhoso e como eu disse, desnecessário.

In today's envelope I will not put eyelets because it would be too much work and as I said, unnecessary.

Os envelopes Corsette não precisam de cola, é a própria costura que faz o fechamento.



Na parte do envelope que normalmente ficaria colada, traço uma reta com um lápis.

Corsette envelopes do not need glue, the seam itself does the closing.

On the part of the envelope that would normally be glued, I draw a line with a pencil.

Na verdade, traço a reta nas duas partes do envelope como mostra a figura abaixo e também o vídeo, no final deste post.

In fact, I draw the line on the two parts of the envelope as shown in the figure below and also the video at the end of this post.

Faço a união das duas retas, de 1,5 em 1,5 cm ou de 2 em 2cm, como ficar melhor e isso depende do tamanho do envelope.

I join the two lines, 1.5 by 1.5 cm or 2 by 2 cm, as it gets better and it depends on the size of the envelope.

Em seguida, á mão livre, faço círculos nos cantos desenhados com o lápis.

Then, freehand, I make circles in the corners drawn with the pencil.

Esses círculos são as guias para que eu faça os furos no papel.

These circles are the guides to make the holes in the paper.

A minha Crop-a-dile é pequena, então precisei furar com um vazador cilíndrico. O importante é fazer os furos.

My Crop-a-dile is small, so I had to drill with a cylindrical drill. The important thing is to drill the holes.

Vou usar uma fita de cetim, com medida 4 vezes maior que a parte onde fiz os furos.

I will use a satin ribbon, measuring 4 times larger than the part where I made the holes.

Começo por dentro e pela parte de baixo do envelope, e vou traçando a fita de cetim. Ela precisa ficar cruzada.

I start on the inside and the bottom of the envelope, and trace the satin ribbon. It needs to be crossed.

Quando os furos acabarem basta dar um nó na fita, por dentro do envelope.

When the holes are finished, just tie the ribbon inside the envelope.

FALSA CERA & FALSO SINETE #2- DIY (FALSE WAX & FALSE SIGNET #2)

No vídeo de hoje vou mostrar outro método de fazer lacre de cartas mas usando pó de emboss (alto relevo).

Ficam lindos, especialmente se usarmos as cores dourada e prateada. Eu também uso esse "truque" quando preciso selar minhas cartas.

In today's video I will show you another method of sealing letters but using emboss powder (high relief).

They look beautiful, especially if we use gold and silver colors. I also use this "trick" when I need to seal my cards.

Material:
- carimbo;

- placa acrílica para o carimbo;

- carimbeira;

- um pedaço pequeno e comprido de papel;

- papel cartão;

- pó de emboss (pó para alto relevo);

- cola comum;

- glicerina;

- aquecedor.

Material:

- stamp;

- acrylic plate for the stamp;

- stamp pad;

- a small, long piece of paper;

- paper card;

- emboss powder;

- white glue;

- glycerin;

- heater.

Escolha um carimbo pequeno, de preferência arredondado, e aplique em cima do papel cartão.

Choose a small stamp, preferably rounded, and apply it on top of the card stock.

Recorte o cartão de forma irregular porque essa forma é que vai ficar parecida com a cera derretida.

Cut the card out irregularly because it will look like melted wax.

Dobre o pedaço comprido de papel ao meio, e dobre as pontas para fora.

Fold the long piece of paper in half, and fold the ends of out.

Cole as pontas na parte de traz do cartão já recortado, assim teremos nosso falso sinete.

Glue the ends to the back of the card already cut out, so we will have our false signet.

Umedeça o falso sinete com glicerina e mergulhe-o no pó para alto relevo.

Moisten the false signet with glycerin and dip it in the embossing powder.

Aqueça até derreter e imediatamente mergulhe novamente no pó para relevo. Faça isso umas 3 ou 4 vezes até obter um "lacre" com beiradas grossas.

Heat until melted and immediately immerse again in the embossing powder. Do this 3 or 4 times until you get a "seal" with thick edges.

Por último, umedeça o carimbo com glicerina, passe novamente o falso sinete no pó para relevo e aqueça. Assim que derreter coloque-o sobre a sua mesa de trabalho e ponha o carimbo umedecido, pressionando levemente a placa acrílica.  

Finally, moisten the stamp with glycerin, apply the false seal again to the embossed powder and heat. As soon as it melts, place it on your work table and put the wet stamp on it, lightly pressing the acrylic plate.

Deixe esfriar e retire o carimbo com delicadeza.

Allow to cool and remove the stamp gently.

Está pronto!

Você pode guarda-lo e quando quiser basta aplicar um pouco de cola no verso e cola-lo no envelope.

Os pós para alto relevo que ficam melhores com essa técnica são os dourados e os prateados.

A beautiful seal for your envelope!

You can save it and when you need just apply a little glue on the back and glue it on the envelope.
