Ephemera é tudo que podemos colocar como enfeites dentro dos nossos livros, artesanais ou não, como tags, cantoneiras, marca páginas, envelopes diferentes, pedaços de papel, retalhos, clips,...tudo!!

Nesta nova PLAYLIST aqui do canal, dei o nome de EPHEMERA JOURNAL pra destacar o fato de que o conteúdo desta Playlist, que será de enfeites e embelezadores para livros, cadernos e papéis, pode ser aplicado tanto em livros modernos quanto em livros antigos, clássicos ou não.

E fiz este vídeo porque recebi muitas perguntas com dúvidas: "Esses enfeites são apenas pra Junk Journal?" "Posso usar esses enfeites no meu Planner?" "Posso usar nos meus projetos escolares?" "Posso colocar esses embelezadores no meu álbum de fotos?"

E a resposta pra todas essas perguntas é: SIM!

Todo o conteúdo desta PLAYLIST EPHEMERA JOURNAL pode ser usado pra embelezar o que você quiser!

É uma atividade que aumenta a criatividade, nos faz usar o material que temos em mãos e ainda enfeita nossos livros, cadernos e papéis, vem ver!

#ephemera! But after all, what is EPHEMERA ??

Ephemera is everything that we can put as ornaments inside our books, handmade or not, as tags, angles, mark pages, different envelopes, pieces of paper, scraps, clips, ... everything !!

In this new PLAYLIST on the YouTube channel, I named EPHEMERA JOURNAL to highlight the fact that the content of this Playlist, which will be embellishments for books, notebooks and papers, that can be applied both in modern books and in old, classic books or not.

And I made this video because I received a lot of questions with doubts: "Are these ornaments just for Junk Journal?" "Can I use these ornaments on my Planner?" "Can I use them on my school projects?" "Can I put these embellishments on my photo album?"

And the answer to all these questions is: YES!

The entire contents of this PLAYLIST EPHEMERA JOURNAL can be used to embellish anything you want!

It is an activity that increases creativity, makes us use the material we have in hand and even adorns our books, notebooks and papers, come and see!

Então nos vídeos de quartas e/ou quintas -feiras, ocasionalmente, eu vou mostrar como fazer adornos para livros, sejam eles Junk Journals ou não. Muita gente me pedia esse tipo de vídeo, então o momento chegou!

So in the videos on Wednesdays and / or Thursdays, occasionally, I'll show you how to make adornments for books, whether they are Junk Journals or not. A lot of people asked me for this type of video, so the moment has come!

Mas junto com o momento vieram as dúvidas, por isso fiz um vídeo para esclarecer as dúvidas e declarar oficialmente aberta a Playlis Ephemera Journal no canal do Estúdio Brigit no Youtube.

Há cerca de 2 anos atrás mostrei como fazer um Junk Journal no Youtube, e vou usar esse mesmo Junk Journal (que é enorme) para fazer uma espécie de "arquivo" de enfeites porque sempre que faço enfeites para os Junk Journals que vendo esqueço de reservar um dos enfeites para mim.

Agora tenho um super livro para guardar meus enfeites!

About 2 years ago I showed you how to make a Junk Journal on Youtube, and I'm going to use that same Junk Journal (which is huge) to make a kind of ornament "file" because whenever I make ornaments for Junk Journals I forget to reserve one of the ornaments for me.

Now I have a super book to store my ornaments!

Continuo na primeira fase, que é aquela onde pinto o desenho por completo sem me incomodar muito com luzes e sombras ou perfeições.

Então fica uma pintura fácil e gostosa de fazer porque não há ainda muito "compromisso" em acertar tudo, em fazer com que a pintura já fique certa.

O desenho é do livro GATOS da ilustradora Marjorie Sarnat e você pode ir no site dela adquirir o desenho que está no vídeo, ou comprar o livro inteiro online.

Então, vamos ocupar a mente, as mãos e o coração com coisa boa?? Vem pintar comigo!

I continue in the first phase, which is where I paint the drawing completely without bothering too much about lights and shadows or perfections.

So it is an easy and delicious painting to do because there is still not much "commitment" in getting everything right, in making the painting already right.

Sempre colocando um pedaço de acetato atrás da folha que estou pintando, gosto de deixar as 2 bandejas de lápis em cima da minha mesa de trabalho, á minha disposição.

 Always placing a piece of acetate behind the sheet I am painting, I like to leave the 2 pencil trays on my desk, at my disposal.

Vi que na pintura passada um pedaço pequeno ficou sem cor, então é o momento de colorir para poder continuar em uma nova parte da ilustração.

I saw that in the last painting a small piece was discolored, so it's time to color it so I can continue in a new part of the illustration.

Hoje vou pintar esse coração enorme, que na verdade parece uma flor-coração e repare que escolhi uma ilustração á esquerda, sou destra então é mais fácil pintar da esquerda para a direita.

Today I'm going to paint this huge heart, which actually looks like a flower-heart and notice that I chose an illustration on the left, I'm hand right so it's easier to paint from left to right.

Preciso usar o alongador no lápis vermelho, está pequeno demais. Em algum momento esse lápis deve ter caído no chão porque a mina está completamente quebrada! Já o coloquei no micro ondas por 10 segundos mas não teve jeito: continua quebrada e sem solução. Em breve não terei mais esse lápis vermelho.

I need to use the stretcher on the red pencil, it's too small. At some point, that pencil must have fallen to the ground because the graphite is completely broken! I already put it in the microwave for 10 seconds but there was no way: it remains broken and has no solution. Soon I won't have that red pencil anymore.

O papel que uso para apoiar minha mão também serve para fazer testes com as cores.

 The paper I use to support my hand is also used for color testing.

Também não resisti ao uso do blender, quero ver como as cores se misturam....

 I also couldn't resist using the blender, I want to see how the colors blend together ....

COMO FAZER CLIPS DE CORAÇÃO - DIY (HOW TO MAKE HEART CLIPS)

#clipsdecoração são uma fofura e enfeitam qualquer livro, caderno ou até um envelope, um cartão.

E é muito fácil e rápido de fazer! Não leva 1 minuto, então dá pra fazer uns 30 clips em menos de 5 minutos!!

Tem que ser aquele clips com as bordas arredondadas, é a única exigência. Então, vamos fazer clips?!

Heart clips are cute and decorate any book, notebook or even an envelope, a card.
And it's very easy and quick to make! It doesn't take 1 minute, so you can make about 30 clips in less than 5 minutes !!
It has to be those clips with rounded edges, it is the only requirement. So, are we going to make heart clips ?! Yep!

É preciso também que você tenha um pequeno alicate, para ajudar a segurar o clips.

You must also have a small pair of pliers to help hold the clips.

A parte de trás do clips pode ser cortada ou simplesmente mantida. 

The back of the clips can be cut or simply maintained.

Clips como os da foto abaixo não servem porque não tem a forma arredondada.

Clips like the ones in the photo below do not fit because they are not round shaped.

Podem ser de qualquer tamanho, desde que sejam arredondados.

They can be of any size, as long as they are rounded.

Como eu disse antes, pode-se cortar uma das pontas na parte de trás, ou não.

As I said before, you can cut one end at the back, or not.

Coloque o clips na sua mão, com as duas extremidades arredondadas viradas para a direita.

Place the clips in your hand, with the two rounded ends facing right.

Segure a haste mais externa do clips com o alicate. A posição do alicate é importante: deve passar um pouco do meio da haste.

Hold the outermost rod of the clips with the pliers. The position of the pliers is important: it must pass a little bit from the middle.

Com os dedos e delicadamente comece a dobrar a extremidade arredondada mas a ponta da haste deve entrar na outra extremidade oposta e arredondada.

With your fingers  gently begin to bend the rounded end but the tip of the rod should enter the other rounded end.

Ajeite um pouco, para dar forma....

Fix it a little, to give shape ....

....e está pronto o seu clips em forma de coração!

.... and your heart shaped clips is ready!

Agora é só colocar no papel.

Now just put it on paper.

Decida se quer ou não cortar a haste que sobra, na parte de trás.

Decide whether or not to cut the leftover stem at the back.

E pronto! É bem fácil e rápido de fazer!
